Bandana sleeve leo

This type of bandana is a seamless sleeve of thin polyester material. Put it on like a turtleneck and then pulle back the front over your forehead. Simply twist the end around several times and tug it under the bandana in the back of your neck or tie a knot in it. The snug fit feels comfortable. In wintertime this type of bandana can be worn inside and under another type of headcover when you go out.
